How I Loose pregnancy weight
I’m on a workout plan now to loose another few kilos from the weight gained during and after pregnancy. Assisting me I have two products from WNC. Used these before and like the effect I get. Jogging roughly three times/week, taking long walks/powerwalks each four-five hours long roughly four times/week and I’ve now begun Dance Fitness!
Thing is I don’t always have time for working out so I do this about every second week. The weeks that I’m working out I go hard. Will admit that I’m unaccustomed in the overweight that I’ve carried for about the past two years now if including the pregnancy period. Estimating, postulated that the workout plan continues the same way, the extra weight is gone within a two month period.
When it comes to diet I exclude diaries like white rice, bread and cheese. Replacing two meals with a shake and drink alot of water. Normally it’s one shake for breakfast, usually before working out and one after, thenceforth I keep a normal size portion of the meals. Could seem real strict, but keep reading - Late nights before bedtime I indulge myself with a treat, for example cake. You know there are these low calories diet snack bars that’s delicious, while out jogging/powerwalking and I happen to pass a 7Eleven for example I can get a couple. And, ofc, I CHEAT from time to time.
Getting to the point when a successful turn around wasn’t just a dream anymore took me a long time. I wasn’t feeling good with myself. Overweight is cute on some, it wasn’t on me. Or ”isn’t”, I have a bit left to go. Now I need to successfully succeed getting rid of the remaining overweight.
