The streets of Stockholm were full yesterday. The event that attracted people was the Royal wedding. The inner City was closed for vehicles. It was the crown princess Victoria who married a man of the people, giving him the title prince.

Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden, Duchess of Västergötland (Swedish: Victoria, Sveriges kronprinsessa, hertiginna av Västergötland, Victoria Ingrid Alice Désirée; born 14 July 1977) is the heiress-apparent to the Swedish throne. If she ascends to the throne as expected, she will be Sweden’s fourth queen regnant (after Margaret, Christina, and Ulrika Eleonora). source

I was in the City the day of the roayl wedding and was bummed about the fact that my camera wasn’t charged because when I came around the corner and was viewing the canals there was this mighty scene with battleships, submarines, and other types of boats. I also saw 10 or so warbirds flying in a perfect arrow shape in the air space right above us.

Damn battery!! It was a ones in a lifetime thing and I missed it . How often does a royal wedding take place and how often does a crown princess marry? – Opportunity missed!

Trucks with students occupied the streets celebrating their graduation. It’s usually a pretty calm event but this year it got a bit wild. The streets were filled with graduents causing chaotic jam. Trucks played loud music, students jumped into the fontain, some spectators got spattered with beer. I was walking by and took some photos before I left the sceen.

I watched this documentary a couple of days ago and I found it to be so very interesting. I am very intrigued by the human psychic and a man such as Adolf Hitler is – to say the least – an interesting character to study within the subject.

1943, during the burning war, the American Office of Strategic Services (OSS)  attempted to pierce the psychic of the dictator. A group from the Harvard University was assigned the project tasked create a top secret psychological profile of Hitler with intent to predict his future actions. The result was startling. A frightening mixture of abuse, obsession and perversion.

Extremists is the story about three political acts of violence that have received attention the last years. A close story about the people behind the attacks of terrorism. The author Magnus Sandelin also discuss the environmental and society view on the movement of extreme politics. Why are certain politic fundamentalism perceived as harmless teenage revolt while others as pure unjustifiable evil?

Intend to start reading it as soon as possible. It is not going to be simple to find the time to finish it soon even though it’s just a 229 page pocket book. I’m in a busy stage of life! Quite looking forward to acquire a personal summary, judged by it’s cover the book is possibly potentially. (As we all know we should not judge a book by it’s cover.)
