IE8 right-click problem solution

Had trouble with the right-click function in IE8. Could not right click anything. It was very annoying. I did research and found a solution that fixed the problem. Posting the fix at Banana Munki just in case it could help someone else who experience the same annoying trouble.
- Go to RegEdit
path C:/Windows/regedit.exe - Go to the following location
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions - Find the key named NoBrowserContextMenu
double click and change the value to 0
